At parkrun, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. We are committed to ensuring every runner has the right kit to support their weekly 5k and beyond.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
